Perfect Scrambled Eggs


This is the only way I make scrambled eggs now.
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon creme fraiche or sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • chives, optional
  • salmon, optional
  • sourdough bread, toasted
  • cherry tomatoes on vine
  • 2-3 portobella mushroom caps
  • olive oil
ON THE HEAT OFF THE HEAT
